Stellantis's compact electric crossover, built on the e-CMP2 platform shared with the Jeep Avenger EV and Alfa Romeo Junior Elettrica. With a 54 kWh battery offering around 300-350 km of real-world range and DC fast charging at up to 100 kW, it fills the gap between the smaller Fiat 500e and larger family EVs. A standard heat pump helps maintain winter range better than many rivals at this price point.· more· less

Common Problems
New platform with typical first-generation EV growing pains
The Fiat 600e benefits from being on the newer e-CMP2 platform, which has addressed some issues found on the first-generation e-CMP (Corsa-e, e-208). The electric motor and battery pack have proven mechanically reliable so far, and the standard heat pump is a genuine advantage. However, the car is still young with limited long-term data, and Stellantis's track record with onboard chargers and software maturity warrants caution. Early production cars (2023-early 2024) carry more risk than later builds. Verify OBC functionality by testing AC charging on all three phases before purchase.
