12V battery drain

Like all e-Power models, the X-Trail has no conventional alternator, so the 12V battery is only charged when the car is running. NissanConnect, alarm, and electronic modules draw continuous power. Front brake shim squeal

The KR15DDT VC-Turbo has a multi-link variable-compression system with additional bearings beyond a conventional engine.
