Common Problems
Promising EV, but early-adopter patience required
The Zeekr 7X RWD uses proven EV technology (800V architecture, CATL battery, permanent-magnet synchronous motor) with a mechanically simple single-motor drivetrain and conventional coil-spring suspension. The main ownership risks are not drivetrain failures but rather software maturity, weak air conditioning, and the practical reality of owning a car from a brand still building its European presence. The generous 5-year/100,000 km warranty with optional extension to 10 years provides good coverage, but repair wait times may be longer than expected while the service network scales up.

Recalls and Technical Service Bulletins
No specific recalls affecting the Zeekr 7X have been issued in Europe as of early 2026 Verify with VIN
The Zeekr 7X is very new to Europe. While no recalls have been issued for this model, the related Zeekr 001 had a battery recall in China (38,277 units of the WE/86 kWh variant, not the same battery used in the 7X). Contact Zeekr with the VIN to verify the current recall status, as new notices may be issued as the European fleet grows.
Warranty Status
Factory warranty (5 years / 100,000 km) Most used cars still within warranty
Extended warranty (5+5 programme) Up to 10 years / 200,000 km with authorized servicing
High-voltage battery (8 years / 200,000 km) Covers capacity below 70% threshold
Corrosion warranty (12 years) Perforation corrosion
Paintwork warranty (4 years) Covers paint defects
Zeekr offers one of the most generous warranty packages in Europe: 5 years / 100,000 km standard, extendable to 10 years / 200,000 km if all services are performed at authorized Zeekr workshops. The HV battery warranty of 8 years / 200,000 km covers degradation below 70% capacity. Given the car's very recent European launch, virtually all used examples should still be well within the original warranty period. Verify the service record to confirm eligibility for the extended warranty programme.
